A World in the Eye

endless vision. I recall vividly the suffering of youth, and the pain of drastic and turbulent growing up. This has made me an adult willing to observe both others and the world deeply in order to understand the sources of pain, and no longer dwell in the pain itself. We are the people of innocence. The Invulnerable Creature is a turning point to me; with this work, I was released from anxiousness, gaining peace. His eyes are able to see through me.

If you think the world is flat, please play within the rules; if you believe there is holiness, please strive to climb up to the summit. To endure the hardship with both mind and body, you will certainly reach the destination.

All our connection to the world sits on points of reality. And all the blockages are in those joints. We can only strive, and stay positive.

I know the meaning of artwork will emerge in the future, a future which the creator of the work may not see at all. All the semblances are only superficial, just like the view we see. We do not know its essence. Its existence is like a long and complex thought; all the while it returns the same question to the audience in its various appearances.
