BJ Variety Reading Salon – Go Back to the 80s with Zhu Wei and Xiang Jing

December 9th afternoon – Beijing Variety, the Department of Culture of Beijing Daily, and Capital Library of China jointly hosted the reading salon, “Go Back to the 80s with Zhu Wei and Xiang Jing” at the Capital Library of China. The conversation began with the Phoenix-brand bicycle that was mentioned in Zhu Wei’s book, Re-Read the 80s. Though at different ages, the two speakers shared their collective experience of the 80s and thoughts on “why the 80s intrigues such retrospection”.
