Xiang Jing received the 4th "Xiao Shufang Art Award"

September 21st, 2018 – Down the Same Road: Wu Zuoren & Xiao Shufang Joint Exhibition, co-organized by the National Art Museum of China (NAMOC), China Artist Association (CAA), Central Academy of Fine Art (CAFA) and Wu Zuoren International Foundation of Fine Art had the opening at the National Art Museum of China. The award ceremony of the 4th Wu Zuoren Art Award and the 4th Xiao Shufang Art Award was held during the opening. Xiang Jing received the Xiao Shufang Art Award of this year from the presenter, Zhong Han, Honorary Director of Wu Zuoren International Foundation of Fine Art. The Xiao Shufang Art Award jury has its historical tradition of thorough research and selection over long time. Based on the nominee list from “20 Excellent Chinese Female Artists in Feminine Art Over 30 Years”, selected during the 30 Years of Chinese Feminine Art Conference held by Chinese art critics in Shennongjia, 2015, jury committee of the 4th Xiao Shufang Art Award had another two rounds of discussions and votes, before announcing Xiang Jing to be the recipient of the award. This year, the Xiao Shufang Art Award – Jury’s Award went to Jiang Jie and the Special Award went to Ms.Tao Yongbai.
