Song Art Dialgue: Xiang Jing x Tan Bo – from Van Gogh to "Song" Style Living

On March 9, 2018, Song Art Museum and Art Trade Journal jointly invite artist Xiang Jing and Tan Bo, Impressionist and Modern Art Specialist from Christie's to share a conversation on Van Gogh to "Song" Style living.

The dialogue starts from Van Gogh's work Vase with Daisies and Poppies, currently on show at Song Art Museum, touches on how Van Gogh relates to oriental art, and further explores how the Eastern and Western Art interplays with each other and have impact on each other. From their personal expperiences, two guest speakers presents an intriguing dialogue on origin of Impressionist and China, on "being Eastern" in today's context.

Song Art Museum is a priviate art museum founded by collector Mr. Wang Zhong Jun, with a full spectrum of collected artworks from traditional to contemporary, from Eastern to Western. Song Art Dialogue is a series of public art talks on art and living hosted by Song Art Museum.
