Xiang Jing and Qu Guangci are invited to show in "Soliloquy - China / Indonesia Contemporary Sculpture Exhibition" in Indonesian National Gallery

Hosted by Edwin's Gallery and curated by Indonesian curator Suwano Wistrotomo, "Soliloquy: China/Indonesia Contemporary Sculpture Exhibition" opens in Indonesian National Gallery in Jarkata. The exhibition features two Chinese artists Xiang Jing and Qu Guangci, and two Indonesian artists Dolorosa Sinaga and Yani Mariani Sastranegara.
Although all four artists produced figurative works, each has their own visualization and rhytm. The distinction comes from the different mind-frames in analyzing an issue, based on each artist's background, cultural tradition, religion, norms and values in their society, and also their personal experiences.
