The art festival sees its very first opening, on August 3rd, 2019, at 10:00am. The festival this year, themed on "Return the Art to the People", curated with both an open call and invitations - a body of 41 works from 39 artists/groups, consisting three parts: "From the Mountains I Come", "Sounds of the Earth", "Co-Living Villages Project".
Participating artists: Christian Boltanski, Thomas Dambo, Gilles Stassart, Akinori Matsumoto, Yusuke Asai, Luo Zhongli, Pang Maokun, Zhan Wang, Fu Zhongwang, XiangJing, Jing Yumin, Chen Wenling, Gao Xiaowu, Yu Fan, Tang Yong, Tian He, Liu Qing, Hang Yulong, etc.
